Lashs & Brows
Pre-care:
- Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and brows
- Avoid waterproof mascara 48 hours prior
- No caffeine just before your appointment if you’re sensitive to it (can cause twitching)
- Let us know of any allergies or eye conditions beforehand
Post-care Lashes (Lamination/Tint):
- Avoid water, steam, sweating, or eye makeup for 24–48 hours
- Do not rub or sleep on your lashes
- Use a lash conditioner or serum to nourish and prolong results
- Avoid waterproof mascara or oil-based products
Post-care Brows (Waxing/Lamination/Tint):
- No touching, heat, sweat, or makeup on the area for 24 hours
- Gently cleanse around the brows
- Apply a nourishing balm or oil if dry
- No exfoliation or harsh products for 48 hours
Signature Facials
Pre-care:
- Avoid sun exposure or exfoliants 48 hours before
- Stop using retinol or active serums 3–5 days before
- Let us know about recent skin treatments (peels, injectables, etc.)
- Come with bare skin if possible
Post-care:
- Avoid makeup and exfoliation for 24–48 hours
- Hydrate, rest, and use a gentle moisturiser
- Apply SPF daily
- No active skincare (retinol, acids) for 3–5 days post-treatment

LED Light Therapy
Before:
- Same prep as a classic facial
- Let us know if you’re on antibiotics or photosensitising meds
- Avoid fake tan on the face
After:
- Skin may feel slightly warm or flushed — this is normal
- Avoid sun exposure and wear SPF
- Stick to gentle skincare
- Best results are seen with a series of treatments — we’ll guide your plan
Ultrasound Facial Device
Pre-care:
- Discontinue use of exfoliants, retinols, AHAs/BHAs 3 days prior
- Let us know if you have any active breakouts, open wounds, or extremely sensitive skin
- Avoid sunburn or heavy sun exposure 48 hours prior
- Come with clean skin, no makeup or fake tan
Post-care
- Expect mild redness or tingling — this is temporary
- Avoid harsh skincare for 2–3 days (no acids, scrubs, or retinol)
- Use calming, hydrating products (aloe, hyaluronic acid, barrier cream)
- No saunas, pools, or heavy exercise for 24 hours
- Wear SPF daily to protect fresh skin
- Results improve over time and with consistent hydration
Waxing
Pre-care:
- Hair Length - ensure hair is 1/4 inch long @ least grain of rice
- Gently exfoliate 24-48hrs before your appointment
- Arrive with clean, dry skin free of lotions and oils
- Avoid using retinods or exfoliating acids on the area 48hrs prior
Post-care:
- Avoid being in direct sunlight without sunscreen for first 1-2days.
- Avoid hot baths/showers, steam rooms, saunas and/or intense workouts for the first 24-48hrs
- Apply soothing gels like Aloe Vera or Tea Tree Oil to calm redness and prevent bacteria
- Avoid touching or scratching area been waxed without washed hands
- Start gently exfoliating in the next 1-3 days depending on how your skin reacts.
- Avoid shaving inbetween waxing to maintained growth cycle. Every 4-6 weeks.
